The short version. Digital downloads: 14 days, money back, no questions asked. The assistant subscription: a free trial first, then cancel whenever you like. We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that does not help your business.

If you buy a guide or a kit from us and it is not what you needed, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to justify it.
We do not ask you to delete the files or prove that you did. A digital file cannot really be handed back, and pretending otherwise would just be a way of making refunds awkward enough that people give up.
How to ask: email info@sabridigitalsolutions.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. One sentence is enough.
Who pays it back: our checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record and appears on your card or bank statement. The refund goes back to the same payment method you used, and how long it takes to appear depends on your bank, usually a few working days.
The assistant starts with a 14-day free trial running on your own number. It is genuinely free: no setup fee, no card taken up front, no automatic charge when the trial ends, and no automatic renewal. On day 14 we look at the result together, and the subscription only starts if you decide it should.
This is deliberate. We would rather you saw the thing working on your own customers before any money changes hands.
You can cancel at any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. There is no minimum term you are locked into against your will.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the month already running, because the assistant was answering your customers during it. Your service continues to the end of that paid month, and then stops.
When it stops, the connection to your number is removed immediately and nothing of ours keeps running on your account.
The rule above is about changing your mind. It is not a way of keeping your money when we got something wrong. If the assistant was not working for a meaningful part of a month you paid for, tell us and we will put it right, by fixing it and crediting the time, or by refunding it. You get a single-user licence for your own business use. You may read it, print it, and use it inside your own company as much as you like, including sharing it with your own accountant or your own staff working on the same filing.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, republish it, upload it anywhere public, or include it in a product or service you sell. If a colleague at another company wants a copy, please send them to us rather than sending them the file.
The content is our own original work. It restates public rules in plain language and links to the public sources, and it is not copied from anyone.
You are buying a running service, not the software. The licence covers one business, and it is not transferable to another company, not resold, and not sublicensed or white labelled.
Your content stays yours. Your prices, services, hours and customer messages remain your property. We use them only to run your own assistant, we never share them with any third party, and we delete them on your request at any time.
Our prices are published, they are the same for everybody, and they are quoted in US dollars. What you pay depends on the size of the job, never on which country you are in. Charging one business more than another for identical work because of where it happens to be is not something we do.
